Dùthchas
Dùthchas (n) Scottish Gaelic
Dùthchas stands for the relationship between people, animals, land and sea.
At Dùthchas we offer a tasting menu that is inspired mainly by Scottish seasonal ingredients, using the best quality produce from around the British Isles.
We are working closely with local farmers, suppliers and producers in order to highlight the quality of the produce that is found throughout the year in Britain.
This enables us to create a bespoke dining experience for our customers.
Dining Experience
A six-course tasting menu is on offer which will start with a few canapés, this gives you the opportunity to settle in and enjoy a pre-dinner drink from our drink’s list.
Then you will move into the tasting menu where you will find an array of dishes on offer and a few optional extras.
The food will be presented by the front of house team and the chefs who will give you a description of the provenance and ingredients that are used in the dishes.
Finishing off with an after dinner dram or coffee.
